• REQUIREMENTS

  • The desire to hustle and be at least 18+ years of age

  • Can legally work in the United States

  • Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends

  • Ability to work on your feet

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to lift and balance trays

  • Good work ethic with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work with others well in a fast paced team-oriented environment

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred, but not required

  
  

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Thanks all guests when they’re finished dining and inquires about their experience.

  • Arrives on time, dressed in uniform, ready to work.

  • Ability to learn table and seating numbers

  • Willing to practice and learn to balance trays with drinks or food

  • Works well in a team setting to deliver food or drinks promptly and to the right tables for servers

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for food runners

  • Dependable and accountable to consistently execute open/close duties.

  • Admits mistakes, believes honesty is the best policy and learns.

  • Works well with others and can leave outside drama at the door.
