Food should be simple. Fresh flavors mixed together in distinctive and bold combinations, made with love and from scratch. We make our sauces, jams, broths and most desserts from scratch so we can control the flavors and quality.
We obsess over the food we serve. We're always looking for the best products to bring to you. We butcher in house. We cut our own fries by hand and use a process to reduce the starch to make them more crisp. We check every dish before it goes out.

Originally housing the Wil-O-Paw Inn, our building is a "building within a building" featuring the original inn encased fully in our larger building. Come see the original front facade in the pub, or the original 1931 dining room, now called the Aviary. This is the last remaining landmark resort building left from resort-times Coloma!
